This illustrates the strategic use of knowledge as a valuable asset.
On the other hand, those who are highly educated may achieve a level of wealth but seldom reach ultra-rich status. This can be attributed to the fact that the pursuit of knowledge is sometimes prioritized over financial gain. Recognizing this distinction is crucial, as the moment of decision represents a turning point in one’s life. Choosing capital can lead to increased economic power and success in business, while opting for knowledge fosters deeper scholarship and expertise in a specific area.
These choices can be understood through the lens of Abraham Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs, which identifies five levels of human necessity: physiological, safety, love/belonging, esteem, and self-actualization. I believe that many readers at this juncture are grappling with the fourth stage, contemplating whether to seek additional capital or to deepen their understanding of knowledge.
