- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup water
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup buffalo sauce
- 2 tablespoons melted butter or oil
#### For Ranch Dressing:
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dried dill
- Salt and pepper to taste
#### For Assembly:
- Burger buns
- Lettuce leaves
- Sliced tomatoes
- Sliced red onions
- Additional buffalo sauce (optional)
Instructions
- Begin by preheating your oven to 450°F (230°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, water, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper, whisking until smooth.
- Add the cauliflower florets to the batter and toss to coat evenly.
- Arrange the coated cauliflower on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until crispy and golden brown.
- While the cauliflower is baking, prepare the buffalo sauce by blending buffalo sauce with melted butter or oil in a separate bowl.
- After baking, remove the cauliflower from the oven and transfer it to a large bowl. Pour the buffalo sauce mixture over and toss to coat.
- For the ranch dressing, mix mayonnaise, sour cream or Greek yogurt, parsley, chives, garlic powder, onion powder, dried dill, salt, and pepper in a small bowl until smooth. Adjust seasoning as needed.
- To build the burgers, spread a generous layer of ranch dressing on the bottom half of each bun. Layer with buffalo cauliflower, lettuce, sliced tomatoes, and red onions. Add extra buffalo sauce if desired. Cap with the top half of the bun.
- Serve the Buffalo Cauliflower Burgers right away and enjoy!
